Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any j1777 service. By accessing your account you confirm acceptance of all conditions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the j1777 platform, including all gaming, betting, promotional and account management services available at j1777.vip. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and j1777 ("Platform", "we", "us"). j1777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending review.

Account Registration

To access j1777's gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

  • Each person may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, j1777 will close the secondary accounts and may void associated balances and bonuses.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. j1777 will never ask for your password via any channel. Do not share your password with any third party.
  • You must notify j1777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. j1777 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
  • Account details including your registered mobile number must remain accurate. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly. j1777 uses your registered mobile number for payment verification and account recovery.

j1777 reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Account access may be restricted until KYC requirements are satisfied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

j1777 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels:

  • Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits via these channels are credited to your j1777 gaming balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction.
  • Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank, as well as internationally issued cards.
  • j1777 does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in your name. Deposits received from third-party payment instruments will be reversed and the account may be investigated for compliance violations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by j1777 in BDT to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. j1777 will request verification documentation if it has not already been provided.
  • Any bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before rollover conditions are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.
  • j1777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending compliance review in cases where unusual transaction patterns, suspected bonus abuse or identity discrepancies are identified. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Promotions

j1777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

  • Bonuses are credited to your j1777 account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. The standard rollover requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Each bonus offer is available to each eligible account once only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times by registering additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
  • j1777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to your account at the time of any modification remain subject to the original promotion terms.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited in the currency BDT at the value stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless specified otherwise.

Players are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements attached to any bonus before accepting it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms, including any rollover conditions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j1777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics in a way not intended by j1777.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real-time during live poker or card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or over j1777.
  • Using the j1777 platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity and withdrawing the proceeds as apparently legitimate winnings.
  • Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing deposit limits or evading a suspension or self-exclusion previously applied to another account.
  • Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent dispute submissions in connection with genuine j1777 transactions. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the full disputed amount.

j1777 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Suspicious patterns are investigated and may result in account restriction without prior notice pending review.

Responsible Gaming

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
  • Time-out periods: Players may request a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended and cannot be reactivated until the period expires.
  • Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Unauthorised use of the j1777 name, logo or any confusingly similar mark in any context — including on third-party websites, social media profiles or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data or reputational harm, even if j1777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party system outages, internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest or regulatory action.
  • Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has shared or failed to protect their password.

Account Suspension and Termination

j1777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities, eligibility violations or provision of false information during registration or KYC.
  • Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or any other activity that is harmful to j1777 or to other players on the platform.
  • A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted to j1777 support.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonuses and pending bonus-linked winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds that are the subject of an active investigation may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

j1777 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j1777 will notify registered players by publishing the revised Terms on j1777.vip with an updated effective date and, where practicable, by direct notification to the registered contact details on the affected accounts. Non-material corrections such as typographical fixes or clarifications of existing rules do not require advance notice.

Your continued use of j1777 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via [email protected]. j1777 recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j1777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints and disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
